• 2 meat probe ports allow you to optimize temperature. 1 meat probe is included with purchase

• The removeable stainless-steel side shelf and folding front shelf give you more prep space while the solid bottom shelf gives you the option for additional storage space

• Our grease management system consists of a simple steel bucket. Just replace the foil liner for easy clean up. Foil liners not included
